bad pillows parking lot
The rooftop restaurant had good food.
The pillows were bad (i barely slept!). The views were terrible. I faced a parking lot. I asked for late checkout, but staff disturbed me multiple times.

smoke smell dirty floor
I had booked a non-smoking room. the room reeked of smoke. The staff did not remove the soft drinks from the mini bar after I requested it. The room floor also had visible dirt, which I found disappointing.

the room was spacious i had the superior twin room the location is great for visiting markets nearby. the swimming pool on the top floor has a bar i did enjoy the lounge there.
i noticed the gym was out of order a minor inconvenience.

surprising gem in the city
spacious rooms smart tvs prompt service
the rooms are spacious with smart tvs, i could easily stream from my phone. room service was prompt and the quality was good. the super king bed was large (though maybe a bit too many topper layers made it slightly lumpy).
the location felt a bit remote, taxis seemed necessary for getting around.

the staff exhibited genuine hospitality, always ready to help with requests. they promptly handled luggage and provided helpful information regarding local attractions. i felt very welcome and well-cared for .

the hotel features a lovely pool area, suitable for relaxation. it also has a gym equipped with modern equipment for workouts. the availability of parking makes it convenient traveling with cars.

while not directly connected to public transport, taxis are readily available. it allowed for quick access to various parts of the city (which i really needed). the neighborhood had its own unique character.
